Okay this is the worst C-box I have ever seen. Love the site, hate the chatbox. I have to click on a "say" button to enter something, have to hit a reset button to clear it (which causes me to have to enter my username again) and I have to refresh it constantly in order to see if anyone has replied to what I have posted in the c-box. I would really recommend a chatango or something and I can even providee the coding.

I like our cbox. If I didn't, then we'd have something different. And that little black box next to the Reset button is a refresh button.

I know what the black box does. But if I want to type in a new message, I still have to either hit backspace all the way until I erase my previous message or hit the reset button and retype my username again. This is incredibly inefficient.

Again, if I didn't like it, we'd have something different. And it automatically enters your name in for you if you're logged in if that bothers you so much.

Personally I don't like chat boxes on Rp sites because I have seen many a site fall into inactivity because it was a fast C-box like Chattango an the rp slowly moved into that.
I think that this chat box is perfect for sites because it slower. Nor is one constantly distracted by a little plip noise to see who said what.
<tosses in my two cents>

Well said! If anyone wants to talk to me 'live', I'm on AIM (if anyone wants my username, send me a PM). But talking live is not the purpose of the cbox here. The purpose of the cbox here is so that people can give short little messages of low importance to everyone without flooding the boards with them. Because this is an RPG, not a chat site.
