Agreed with setting up the Watchtower after the dust clears. It would make more sense that way.

A Cure For Boredom, will evolution into a prequel thread upon Green Lantern entering into the thread.
The other two prequel threads should be up and running by this weekend.
One thread with Raven ( Waiting on her to start the thread)
&
One with Scarecrow & maybe others charries (Waiting on a PM from Scarecrow)
These three thread will help set up the plot, and I will add thread summaries and links in this thread as they progress and come to a close.
Ch. 1 could start after these threads are finished. (Hopefully Superman is back by this point)
With Ch.2 & onwards we will surely have to wait till Superman Returns (no pun intended)
